Mr Rajesh Bhavsar holds a Degree in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious DDIT, Nadiad. He has over 30 Years of techno-managerial experience at senior positions in Process Industries and later as an Entrepreneur.
He started his career with Deepak Nitrite a leading chemical manufacturing company and later moved to Corporate Technology Function, Aditya Birla Group. He gained valuable experience of 10 years at, working on Process Optimization & Debottlenecking, Energy Audit, Process & Product Development, Cost Optimization Strategies n Chemicals, Cement, Viscose Fiber, Textiles, Metals, Power Plants and Carbon Black plants located in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Egypt. He later moved to McKinnon & Clarke, Malaysia, ( A British MNC), Gujarat Fluoro Chemicals and Transpek Silox USSPL was founded in 2009 out of his passion and spirit of entrepreneurship to cater to the need of process industries.
Mr Rajesh Bhavsar is an enterprising technocrat having expertise of developing innovative technologies for waste heat recovery systems, special design heat exchangers, process improvements for productivity and yield. His creativity and passion lies in simplicity and uniqueness of the design and solutions, which are sustainable.
Mr Rajesh Bhavsar is regularly invited by a number of Indian and MNC companies to train their employees on design, innovations and new technologies for heat recovery and heat transfer. He is a regular participant and contributor at various industry forums IIChE, ICC (Indian Chemical Council), QCFI as panel member or a faculty in educational institution.
He has hands on experience on Technical / Design software like HTRI (Heat Transfer Research Inc), PV ELITE, CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) etc.
